I am a Professor, School of Law, Chung buk National University(CBNU) in South Korea. I teach "General Theory of Commercial Law," "Corporate Organization," "Corporate Finance," "US Business Law," and "US Securities Law" at my law school.
I also teach "Coporate Governance," "Comparative Corporations," "Securities Regulation," and others fields of Financial Markets. I am very interested in researching those topics coparatively to that of other East Asian Countries, Russia, and the U.S. I hope you and I do work together in the future.
