Movement 1. WARM JUSTICE MOVEMENT
I DECLARE ... "WARM JUSTICE"
I founded the "WARM JUSTICE[따듯한 정의: 온정(溫正)]” movement in 2009 with the new start of the Korean law school system. As a first step, I launch the "WARM JUSTICE" SOCIETY of CBNU Law Students and Lawyers.
“JUSTICE" is usually described as something "COOL" instead of "WARM." As all we know Lady Justice depicts "JUSTICE" as equipped with three symbols: a SWORD symbolizing the court's coercive power; a human ...SCALE weighing competing claims in each hand; and a BLINDFOLD indicating impartiality.
Therefore, when you hear "JUSTICE" and try to complete "JUSTICE," you naturally think about the idea of law as "JUSTICE," which is something really "COOL." Yes, it is true and right!! That is the reason why "JUSTICE" has consisted of "just" and "ICE."
However, in this real world, I pursue that Lady Justice rather describes "WARM JUSTICE" as equipped with a TENDER HAND; a WARM HEART; and a MAGNIFYING GLASS at this split time. Then, I really hope, Lady Justice sees the DARK side of all levels of our society in this real world and realizes "JUSTICE" to the other side of this world, which is definitely existed, but no one is interested in it.
I know it is theoretically and juridically not right, but I see something treated injustice under the name of "JUSTICE" in this real world. So, now it is the time when we must start the "WARM JUSTICE" movement.
I am sure that we can build the new WORLD, where the tender LOVE is overflowing and where the idea of law, WARM JUSTICE, is realized with a warm heart.
Movement 2. CBLian MOVEMENT
I CREATED ... NEOANTHROPINAE, called "CBLIAN."
I started the "CBLian" Movement at Chung Buk National University(CBNU) School of Law. I put the meaning of Homo JuriSapience at Chung Buk Laws into the "CBLian."
So every law student at CBNU School of Law is a CBLian. Now I dare to say th...at I am the First CBLian as a Progenitor...
Of course, as you may guess "CBL"ian stands for "C"hung "B"uk "L"aws and "-ian" means MAN, People, or actually, Homo JuriSapience.
Center of the logo located the Night Owl who watches every movement around us during all night. I hope every CBLian watches and leads our society as a responsible Jurist in our world.
Movement 3. EDUCATING GLOBAL LEADERS
I GAVE THE BIRTH... "DDP & WVP."
I launched the Dual Degree Program (DDP) and the Winter Visiting Program (WVP) between School of Law, Cbung Buk National University (CBNU) and Maurer School of Law, Indiana University at Bloomington (IUB).
Any CBLian who is in the DDP will get the both degrees, JD at CBNU Law and LLM at IUB Law. The CBLian could also get the both Attorney's Licenses in Korean and the U.S. since he/ she could sit on the New York Bar Examination.
Cblian in the WVP will spend abot 6 weeks from Januabry to February when the law school begins in the U.S. while CBLian is in the middle of the winter vacation in Korea. So they will have a great chance to experience the real US law school life.
If they want to study in the U.S., they can join the DDP which gives them an oportunity to get the LLM at the Maurer School of Law (IUB).
I hope every student in my law school could have a chance to feel the real US law school life and they could get the US attorney's license as well through the DDP and WVP.
